We start with a short grounding sequence to settle your focus before any movement.

Guided patterns mirror real tasks—reaching, stepping, turning, and carrying—with options for every level.

Cool-Down & Reflect

We finish with calm stretching and a brief reflection so you leave feeling organized, not rushed.

First-Time Intro Class

New to our studio? Start here. Extra time for setup, slower pacing, and facilitator check-ins. Perfect if you want to test the format before committing to a monthly series.
