This Refund Policy applies to paid bookings for online functional activity sessions sold by Charmingearthkne, a US business located in Brooklyn, New York.
Cancellation by You
Cancel at least 48 hours before a scheduled class for a full credit toward a future booking or refund to your original payment method. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee unless we can fill your seat.
Cancellation by Us
If we cancel a session, you may choose a reschedule or refund to the original payment method within 14 business days.
Technical Issues
Report connectivity problems during a session within 24 hours. Verified platform failures qualify for a complimentary make-up session.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
